Inner thought
Inner Thoughts S ometimes we struggle to let out feelings out, we may cry ,shout, scream, and even mostly we break things that near us to let out frustration out. I have anger issues with myself ,people mostly think i can barely control myself and might spread negative thoughts around. But its not true, people sometimes feel that whatever they are going through (reference- the pain) should also be felt by the people around . But when it seems the person feels that his feelings are unable to fuse with surrounding , he/she feels uncomfortable to share with. I feel letting anger out is necessary for brain's health but breaking things isn't, definitely i have struggled a lot in my college days with this issue n yet i have not managed to control it . But ,yes i have tried my level best and i feel in future ill be able to control it.
